1. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable booking deposit of £5.00 is required to secure your appointment time. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours' notice: Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date or held as credit on your account for future use. You may reschedule once without losing your deposit.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: Your deposit will be retained as a fee for the reserved time and will not be refunded or transferred. A new deposit will be required to book again.
• No-show / Failure to attend without notice: If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us in advance, your deposit will be retained in full, and a new deposit will be required to re-book.

3. Re-booking Policy

Each booking is valid for one appointment only. If you need to reschedule more than once, or cancel and re-book multiple times, the original deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to confirm your next booking.

4. Illness / Contagious Conditions

For the safety of our team and all clients, please do not attend if you are unwell, have a fever, or have a contagious illness. Please give us as much notice as possible — we will always be happy to move your appointment without penalty if you let us know in good time.
